The part nobody warns you about
The decor is not the hard part. The hard part is the fortnight before.
It’s the florist who stops answering after the advance. It’s the mandap team arriving at 11am for a 10am muhurta. It’s the light contractor who says the stage frame isn’t his job. It’s a quote that was ₹60,000 in March and ₹94,000 by the time the bill comes — because “transport was extra” and “that flower is seasonal.”
We took that whole mess in-house in 2018 and never gave it back. One team, one contact, one number on the quote. If something isn’t ready, it’s our problem — not something you find out about at 9am on the day.

Reception
Stage, backdrop, entrance arch, guest table centrepieces, gift and cake corners, and a walkway that actually works when 300 people arrive at once.
Muhurta-day coordination
One coordinator on site from setup to teardown. Manages the venue, caterer, priest timing and the photographer’s shot list — so your family attends the wedding instead of running it.
Lighting, sound & seating
Ambient and stage lighting, PA and mic, chairs, sofas and drapes — supplied and installed by us, not subcontracted and marked up.
Teardown & clean-up
Included, not extra. Venue handed back the way you took it, so you don’t lose the deposit.

We’re set up before your muhurta, not during it
We commit to a completion time in writing. If your ceremony is at 8am, the mandap is finished at 6:30am. That is the entire job.
One team, one number
Decor, flowers, lighting, seating and coordination are all ours. You don’t chase five vendors, and nobody gets to blame anybody else.
We work Bengaluru weekly
HSR, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, Marathahalli, Begur, Electronic City and across the city. We know which mantapas have a loading restriction and which ones lose power at 40 amps.

Questions, answered
For a December–February wedding, 3–4 months. For an off-season date, 4–6 weeks is usually fine. If your date is inside 3 weeks, call rather than fill the form — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
Any venue in Bengaluru — kalyana mantapas, community halls, resorts, farmhouses, apartment clubhouses and homes. We do a free site visit before quoting so the design fits that specific space.
Sometimes, for a small single-function ceremony. Tell us the number on the first call. We’d rather design to your budget than send a quote you can’t use.
We don’t. We’ll recommend people we’ve worked with repeatedly and take no commission — you deal with them directly. Everything decor, structure, lighting, seating and coordination is ours.
For outdoor setups we plan the cover and the drainage in advance and confirm the backup at the site visit. Waterproofing and the rain contingency are quoted upfront, not sprung on you in June.
We state the advance and the balance schedule in writing on your quote before you pay anything, along with what happens if your date shifts. Ask us on the first call and we’ll tell you plainly.
